Aesthetics and functionality

In the field of architecture, the use of our embossed sheets and hammerings enables completely new design possibilities.

The façade takes on a third dimension, so to speak. Light-flooded, well-ventilated rooms replace massive constructions. Interior and exterior flow together.

Thanks to the development of our own software, motifs can also be punched into the metal sheets so that the building can blend harmoniously into its surroundings. The colour design, whether anodised colours or powder coatings, can be freely selected without restrictions.

By vectorising the motifs, there are also no limits to the size, as a motif can also consist of many perforated sheets.

Munich Airport is creating additional capacity for economy parking. As part of its real estate and car park strategy, Munich Airport is focusing on a long-term parking concept for the future. One part of this is the new P44 multi-storey car park with around 2,000 parking spaces. Large louvres adorn the multi-storey car park and corrugated perforated sheets adorn the parking spindles. The façade panels are made of 3 mm aluminium and painted with a highly weather-resistant paint in RAL 9016.

In co-operation with the company B&B Poolsystems, we manufacture stainless steel trays made of dimpled sheet metal for stainless steel pools. The material used is 2 to 2.5 mm thick and is supplied with a 12 mm dimple embossing and 30 mm pitch in the floor area. The base and side walls are brushed on one side. If you decide in favour of such a pool, you have a durable and easy-care solution. These pools are unbeatable in terms of durability and hygiene. The design and accessories can be customised and adapted to your wishes.

With the help of our patented DesignPerf© process, graphics / images and illustrations can be converted into aesthetic perforated images for a wide range of applications in a multi-stage process. Whether as eye-catchers for panelling, as ceiling and wall elements or as façade cladding, we can realise your templates as motif perforations.

With various automated production machines and the software developed for this purpose, it is possible to transfer graphics to individual sheets from 500 x 500 mm up to 2000 x 6000 mm. By segmenting the motif, images can be produced in any size.

There are no limits here, especially in the façade sector.

The process of image conversion on perforated sheeting is similar to screen printing. The graphic is converted into dots using filter functions. Contrasts are created by varying the hole diameters and spacing. Variations in diameter allow brightness to be changed. Let your creativity run wild with DesignPerf©
